Eligibility for Returns:

• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@trendyntt.com with your order number and explanation of the issue.

2. Provide photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions.

4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refund Conditions:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us (incorrect item, damaged item, etc.).

• If the customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, return shipping costs may apply.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

We encourage customers to reach out for help regarding sizing, material, or product details before placing an order.
